Book in advance
Book your appointment beforehand and be sure to let us know if you are pregnant, have any special needs, allergies or medical conditions. By offering this information ahead of time, we will be fully prepared to accommodate you upon your arrival.
Know our cancellation policy
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please be sure to give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If a cancellation is received within 24 hours of your service, the full service amount will be charged. If the service is part of a pre-paid series or medi-spa treatment, a standard $50 no-show fee will be charged if the service is 30 min or less. If the services is 45 min or more, a $100 no-show fee will be charged for pre-paid series or medi-spa treatments.
Children
Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the spa
Please arrive 15 minutes early
Arrive at our spa earlier than the time of your appointment so you can unwind and clear your mind before beginning your treatment.
Be casual!
If you’re coming from the office, bring casual clothes to wear after your treatment. You may walk in feeling stiff and stressed, but you’ll leave feeling refreshed and revitalized, so bring something comfortable to wear post-treatment.
Speak Up!
Is the pressure ok? Is the water too hot or cold? Are you comfortable? Remember, your therapist isn’t a mind reader. If there is anything they can do to make your experience more pleasurable, don’t be afraid to let them know.
Drink plenty of water
A spa treatment often releases toxins from the body, so be sure to drink plenty of water before and after your treatment to keep yourself properly hydrated.
Turn off your cell phone at the spa
As a common courtesy to other guests at the spa, please do not speak on your cell phone and turn off any mobile devices during your visit.
Gratuity is not included
Standard gratuity is 15-20% of the spa treatment cost. While you are not required to tip, it is common courtesy and a great way to show your therapist that they did a good job.
Parking
Our complimentary valet parking is offered at the Riverplace Hotel. Monday-Friday up until 3:00pm, Saturday as available, Sunday after 1:00pm.
Return Policy
Retail:
We are happy to exchange unopened/unused items for store credit. All of our retail make-up is available to sample prior to purchase to ensure proper color matching. We cannot exchange opened or used retail items unless you have experienced a negative reaction (i.e.rash, etc). Purchases on sale items are final.
Spa Services:
Purchases on services and gift cards are final. Series packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Pre-paid services cannot be exchanged for retail items, however can exchanged for a service of equal or lesser value.
Medi-Spa Services:
Purchases on medi-spa services are final. Series packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
*Discounts cannot be combined
